Role Overview

The Dispatcher coordinates patient transport vehicles, medical supply couriers, and staff dispatch calls to ensure prompt movement of personnel, specimens, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate medical transport schedules and route optimization.
Dispatch couriers for medical specimens and supplies.
Monitor driver schedules and communicate live updates.
Maintain accurate logs of vehicle dispatches and delivery times.

Requirements

Strong spatial awareness and route planning ability.
Calm demeanor under pressure during urgent dispatch requests.
Clear telephone and radio communication skills.

Essential

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Dispatch or emergency communications experience
