About This Role

Role Overview

The Recruiter manages full-lifecycle talent acquisition for clinical and non-clinical positions across our hospital network. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding to meet operational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule hiring manager rounds.
Manage job postings across job boards and professional channels.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and credentialing checks.

Requirements

Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent interpersonal communication.

Essential

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Preferred

Healthcare recruitment experience
